1970 Challenger rear light surrounds

The rear light surrounds, are the supposed to be all chrome or a they black on the edges and chrome on the leading face?

If I remember correctly (and that might be a BIG if) the base/standard bezels were all chrome. The upgrade bezels (R/T, maybe others) got treated to a flat black outer edge paint job.

1970 R/T SE ... Chrome on the leading edge with a chrome "spillover" on top. The rest of the top edge is flat or semi-gloss black.

As far as I know...ALL 1970 Challengers had the black out as pictured above.
