My 70 RT is F8 dark green (which I personally love). Recently, my PPG provider informed me that the mix formula was long-gone. I have two places on the project that I can get to un-faded and un-weathered factory color. One is on the interior A pillars and the other is under the driver door VIN decal. What is the process for having it matched?  Or better yet, who might have that formula? :pullinghair:

Try this company out of San Diego. They ship too. I used their "restoration shop" mix in Acrylic Urethane and was very happy with the quality, how nicely it sprayed, the color match. They were able to mix Go Mango for me when all the local shops could not.

I should have mentioned that the acrylic urethane is a single stage formula however the tech sheet states you can clear coat it if you want. If you do use it and want clear over it, I'd definitely talk to the guys to make sure what you use is compatible (Or just buy it from them).

You can get a brand new challenger in F8, is it a different shade than the original?

Growing older is mandatory...growing up is optional.

Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.
