'70 tail light mounting studs

I just got this little kit in the mail, however it looks like the studs that they supply are about a quarter of an inch short. Will this still work or do I need to complain and get replacements?

Now another potential issue as I'm looking at this other screw kit for the roof rail channel. I have a baggie labeled window upper trim screws and those ones are slightly smaller with a different plating. Are these the same items? Is the kit for the rubber trim, versus my bright colored ones that are to hold the metal trim?

Can't say with 100% certainty if your new studs will work but the nuts they supplied definitely look wrong.
