Can anyone tell me what is the method or options to reproduce the textured argent silver between and around the tail lights on a 72 Challenger. Have seen the rattle cans but just not sure that is the better method.

Are you working on a Rallye(JS VIN) or a base model?(JH VIN)  That determines how the tail panel gets painted.

Totally Auto spray can paint was used on mine.  Dark was used as a base and light was misted over the top.

I believe you can buy light and dark argent paint in pints from Roger Gibson Restorations.  That paint will be the most "correct".  It will have to be sprayed with a paint gun.

I bought dark textured argent in a spray can from Roseville to do my tail light pockets. I thought it looked really good.
