Cuda radiator area blacked out?

I've been looking at a few pictures of 70-71 cuda and I have a question. Were the front radiator support area blacked out like that challengers got?

Yes, they ysed the same blackout technique on the Cuda's and Challenger.... but like Runcharger asked it can depend on the color.  TX9 (black) EF8 (Dark Green) and I think EB7 (Dark Blue) were not supposed to get blackout because they were dark enough not to need it.  But some of those dark colors got it anyway.

I didn't realize it depended on colour of the car. Would it be more of a matte black out treatment? My cuda is black and it's all body colour on the radiator area.
