Can anyone comment on whether these clips will work for a 73 Cuda?  Does this kit include everything for both doors and the short quarter window trim?  I noticed it doesn't have the threaded ones I see on the back end of the door.
Perhaps the quarter window trim takes a different clip?  I see studs on body where the shop removed one of them and the doors and trunk have holes for the plastic inserts.

Those will work, but you have to drill holes for them. The correct 73 clips use studs which you can buy and screw into the door.
I've taught you everything you know....but I haven't taught you everything I know....

Interesting....
So far only playing on the passenger side.  This door has holes along top and take this sytle of clip.  Same on the trunk lid trim.  But on the top of the quarter, there are two studs.  This passenger door is not original. I'll have to check the driver side, I think is original, or at least has the sticker with VIN on it.

I was just lucky to figure out how to get the trim off without bending it, but the clips don't survive.

Edit.... both the doors that were on the car have the studs.  Car came with a spare set of doors, fenders, header panel, and front valance off a blue 73.  This spare blue passenger door was originally purple and must be off an earlier car.  I was hoping to keep the original doors on but the passenger door is not straight on the bottom (or anywhere) and I need to use the spare to get the B-pillar, quarters, and roof skin lined up and welded on.  Maybe when that is all done I can get the doors squared up.
