Door glass assembly

Real sucky part is though AMD is sold out and so is Roseville. Would anyone happen to have an extra drivers door glass I could purchase?

It looks like your glass was clear, not tinted.

 I've used glass from this place. It is a good replacement glass. It looks like it's in stock.

What a mess that creates....I've done it more then once, one time with a customer's brand new door glass,   I've learned a lot of lessons the hard way, we all have  What happened ?

Honestly, I was just replacing a front roller on the glass. I didn't like how much play was on it so was putting on a replacement from DMT. One second all is good, the next it blew up like a bomb. Sad part is, the new roller wasn't even all the way through the speed washer/nut so yeah. 

If you mount up your hardware without the special washers and gaskets it will break the glass....

No kidding.... I was using the same hardware that was on the glass as well as new paper gaskets, just a different roller. Also DMT includes hardware with their kits.
