Hello all . So I replaced the top hinge pin and brass bushing . I knocked out the bottom pin and found no Brass bushing .Is this correct that they have no bottom bush  ? The two small half's pieces , OR am I missing something.? As there were 4 brass pieces  per door with my hinge kit . Thank you to all for reading this . :australia: cheers

You are correct in that Mopar never used a lower hinge bushing. That is because the weight of the door is supported by the lower hinge and the bronze bushing would have worn out quickly. Those "kits" are just an extra set of upper hinge bushings put in a "baggie" with no instructions because there never were any. Once you drill out the lower hinge to install the incorrect "bushings" there is no going back. They are now essentially ruined.
I have been rebuilding t exclusively Mopar door hinges for over 25years. I use oversized parts that are custom manufactured for me since there were never any Factory parts to do this. Remember that when these cars were new, no one could have known there would be a restoration hobby 50 years later.
I give member discounts and have many happy customers here and other several other Mopar websites.
