I'm about to put the new pins with bushings from a repair kit, Has anybody done this with success?
The top one is cut and dry, comes out popping up, but the bottom one looks the same on the top and bottom, this still popped up?
  Any tips or tricks?
One I grabbed was to freeze the new pins before the install

Thanks
It's Amazing what we can accomplish~

With just a little bit of hard work.

And a whole LOT of complaining!!... lol

Mopar never made a "repair kit". These are just parts that are put together and sold as a kit "
Wonder why there are no detailed instructions ? There are none. Those kits require that you "drill out" the lower pivot holes to the size of the bushings. This makes the hole severely oversized and now not repairable.
Mopar door hinges is all I do. For over 20 + years now.

 Yes Leo
  You are spot on
. I just learned all about that reading on the forums ,I'm not gonna attempt it.
You mentioned you had some uppers, but not any lower Ebodie cores,
  Is this still the status?
I would like a quote from you.

No E-body lowers. Very  rarely get any extra. Our annual "Mopars in May"  car show coming up. Hope we get lucky with extra cores this year.

What are a full set of cores worth, roughly?

Is that 60.00/door, or 60.00, for both doors?

MoparLeo

$60.00 for both front doors, uppers and lowers.
