Door strikers

[R/T's 4 R/P]

Are there differences in available door strikers?
I know some have hex and other torx head styles, but other than that are they like the originals?
I know the originals had a rubber sleeve under the spacer, do the repros?
I've seen NOS parts that were yellow zinc plated, but it seems most are bright silver.

This one has the rubber isolator but the bolt is a hex instead of a torx.

Found this one at Dales Cuda that seems pretty close with the exception of the rubber isolated.
