Help, can anyone identify this part?  It is labeled as 3403882, which is not coming up in Google.

Is it for a 1970 Challenger?
Where does it go?

It's a tail light cover for a 1970 Plymouth B Body in my opinion....I didn't look up the number I'm just guessing by it's appearance....could be a tail light cover for just about any B Body I guess....NOT an E Body part.
