Left Hand Floor Pan Exhaust Hanger Bracket -Vendors

For my '71 Barracuda, I want to convert from a single exhaust to dual exhaust.  I found a few vendors selling the LH Exhaust hanger bracket.  Are they all from the same manufacture? Any vendor preference.

Looking over the Left Hanger Bracket that I purchased. I guess for drilling, just measure up the right hanger bracket?  From the factory, when was this part assembled?  Should the interior portion be primer & paint?  How about the bottom portion?  Primer?  My '71 Barracuda was undercoated from the factory.

This bracket was installed after final paint, neither part of it would have any signs of paint on it. It was installed as bare metal.
