mystery holes in firewall

Can anyone tell me what is supposed to bolt up to these 2 holes in the firewall?

that is where the foot pump for the windshield washers mount on an e-body with 2-speed windshield wipers

put a little seam sealer over them on your R/T

Sealer, or I've found screws in the holes from the factory...

Concur . . . holes are for the windshield washer foot pump mounting bracket.
