Hi everyone,

I'm in need of modern paint codes to supply a painter for 1970 EB5 Blue Metallic and Bright White.

Thank you!

A little research and here's what I pulled off the net.

I'm hopeful the white is a bright, shinny white.

The 70 white isn't a bright white, it's more in the ivory white range....  It looks pretty white unless you park next to something truly white....

If you want a brighter white check 71 code GW1

I'm need the white for a bumble bee stripe on a 70 Challenger.

Which color of white looks the best?  Is it called a Bright White or what?

Okay, here's what I dug up off the web in regard to the Bumble Bee Stripe!

I've ordered up a Stencil although wanted to be sure I was getting the correct original paint code to begin with.  Will need painter to modify for current paint code.

A good paint supply guy can should have formulas for the old paint codes, problem is the mixing systems have changed so it may not be a perfect match. Best thing to do is bring in an original sample if you have one and they can tint to get the closest match possible.
