Rubber bumper license plate bracket

Has anyone got a pic of the original setup? Mine was removed and thrown in a box of parts and I'm not sure how it attaches to bumper. Bolts and nuts, bolts and clips?

The bracket gets clip nuts the the bolts go up through the bumper into the bracket which sits on top of the bumper.
