Screw, washer... kits

Are there some screws, washers, nuts, bolts etc complete kits to be bought for 1970 Challenger?

My Challenger is ready to be put back on wheels (complete bodywork is done, new floors are in) and my mechanic wants to replace all the old screws because they are mostly rusty as hell. Since I live in Central Europe, everything here is metric so buying imperial screws is practically impossible. The guy asked me if I can buy a kit for the complete body to starting putting things together.

Is it available your I need to get an X amount of screws, washers etc?
