Sheet metal screws with a shoulder

I feel dumb,  as I bought the screws quite a while ago,  but now do not remember what they are for.   I must have known when I bought them,  but I just don't remember what they are for.  Please edumacate me.  There are 16.

Yes, I agree front door panels, 8 per door, but depending on their size which is hard to determine in the photo, they could be for the A pillar trim which uses a smaller similar screw.

   The head looks pretty small for door panels, but it's hard to tell the scale...
