Side view mirror

Hello, does anyone have the measurements of where the holes have to be for the side mirrors both drive and passenger side. I have new AMD door skins and they were not pre-drilled. Please post pic's if you have them .Thank You

I agree with the 17.5" but the 3/4" seems light....

3/4" from the top edge of the door IS correct.
