Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk

I was at the St. Thomas Dragway (Sparta, Ontario) on Saturday and watched a Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk run the 1/4 mile in 8.89 sec. at 154 mph.

Cool, unfortunately I don`t have $100k to spend on an sub 9 second "family" suv as I would much rather have that than my wifes Subaru. There is a Ram TRX I see in the drop off line at my kids school so I guess there are a few out there that are used as dailys.

Those things are beasts!
I was at the track a couple of months ago and one got away from the guy and he ended up against the wall backwards in the other lane.
I'm guessing it was totalled (at least from an insurance standpoint) because at least 4 or more airbags went off.
I was coming back down the return and didn't realize what happened until I was in the pits.
