Saw this really unique Challenger at the Minnesota Cars & Coffee show..

I kept walking back around trying to find the owner to ask questions..   

Modern manual transmission, hydroboost brakes, some tasteful mods that I plan on doing.. 
Anyone know him?     

He kept the big block carbureted..
