This is open to all years and makes, along with motor cycles. I hear there were over 1000 vehicles there last year. The bonus is Richard Petty will be there too.

So if anyone on the East coast is interested, I'll be there and here is the link....

If I was even somewhat close I would go just to see Richard Petty.  Not going to be many more chances to see that guy.

I have to agree with you there. I'm just thinking, do I want to spend hours in line for his autograph? Or, do I donate $1500 to his foundation to get first crack?   :)

My Father passed away in 1995, but he was a Lee Petty fan(Richard's Father) growing up. Then he became a Richard fan, as did I.

that's an annual show, and Petty has made appearances there the last 3 years that I know of.  Hopefully the weather will be better as it rained last year

Here's a short video of the show. It was amazing to say the least. This small farming town made us feel like it was the Super Bowl.

Yes, I met Richard Petty. That guy is amazing. The grin never left his face. I shook his hand and got an autograph, and I will never wash my right hand again.

Nice ! When Richard Petty stopped racing, I stopped watching Nascar.
I used to have a small Petty blue square cut from his last car.
