I drove my 71 Cuda to the Syracuse Car Craft Nationals in around 79-80 and thats where I first met Bill and his car.
I have a picture of the car the way it looked then, and with the big pink elephant he had on the roof.
I remember him telling me the story of the chin spoilers then.
