I just reached out to get in contact with someone for specifics. Will be interesting on costing model, HOA rules and how many are sold/committed now. Along with their "phasing" plan.

We still have a home lot in NC ( not auto related place like this) we purchased in 2007.  Plans were great, 2 golf courses, etc.   But then it was 2007. .... so ..... it's still not half complete (does have courses). We've got an acre patch still in a field.  Lol

. All kinds of outside forces, funding partners, etc can turn shit sideways quick.
