That place is near me they get a lot of can't sell so give to them cars.  They then jack it up so the guy that could not sell it then really has a hard time selling and ends up giving it away.

Could be a very sweet ride.  But for that price I would say no way.  That exhaust scares me, the crappy paint job, the horrible interior.  Ugh.  Three speed is cool to me, but most people would pass. 

I've always wanted to go to that dealer just to see what they are like.  I would assume the typical "you know you want it and have to pay our super inflated price to get it".
