I think so. It seems like a lot of money until you consider what a 318 body like that would sell for. It has the right colours and options. I'd love to do that car but as always it's cheaper just to go buy a nice one.

three two barrels

That's the same seller as that lime green/saddle interior V code 70 Cuda that ran multiple times on Ebay.

That will sell quick...

Looks like it hit the reserve. Someone is going to be the new owner.
I hope it gets done right.

Couldn't agree more. A lot of people buy these cars with high hopes of doing a complete OE resto until they find out what it costs, and then there are others who take rare original cars like this and modified the heck out of them anyway,,,,those guys should just start with a 318 car.

Hello Bob, this is Steve Schweitzer in Arkansas and I am the buyer!! I have pretty much everything to properly build this car including a complete correctly date coded, freshly rebuilt F440HP engine.
I am super excited to get this car as it is a perfect job to show of our shops restoration skills and a really cool car too.
I will do a complete nut and bolt rotisserie restoration, with all the super correct details that I make sure of on all our restoration jobs. The owner sent me more pictures and I am amazed at how solid the car actually is. I will probably only patch the quarters as the gaps on the doors and trunk lid are so good.
I will post some pictures when I get it home and cleaned up.

Steve,
I am so happy it went to you. I know you will do it right.
The best of luck
Bob

Hello Alan, I will post pictures of the car when I get it here and also start checking out this forum more. I know Cody from Facebook and have bought and sold parts with him for years. I do not know why I never registered here?

6pack

Well bought and great to see it will be redone right and timely.  Welcome to a great E body forum.

Went for the same amount a 318 '68 charger in the same condition would go for.
