A guy in my area had one that looked just like that one, except automatic.  Thing is, it is coded for a gator grain top!!  I've tried to picture what that would look like on a FC7 cuda.  He passed away a few years ago sadly.  They were talking about selling a few of his other cars, but his widow said they were going to hang on to the cuda, so as far as I know it's still sitting in their garage gathering dust.  A future barn find.
