That would make a nice everyday grocery getter.  But like mentioned wheels have to be corrected.  without antilock brakes it is going to swing around easy.

I wouldn't assume it has a full hotchkis TVS kit...

I can only ID two items as Hothchkis: frame connectors and rear sway bar. The rear leafs look thin like hot hoist, but I can't see front and rear eyelets.

The rear shocks look like pep boys Monroe's. I don't see pictures of hotchkis upper control arms, front sway bar, strut rods, tie rods, etc

... ask and verify with pictures.
