If the rails are solid and the cowl is good, then I can see this being an OK deal.

Is it just me or do the rails look strange? Like boxed. That's not right is it?

I don't think those rails are original.  The ones I just took out of my 73 are U-shaped with a flange were they are welded to the floor pans.  you can also see the kinks on the curves where the ones in the car were bent on a pipe bender.  Time for a Dynacorn back half, which isn't a bad thing. The entire bottom of that car is gone.

I just noticed, the frame rails are in the wrong place. They've been moved in about six inches and mounted to the top of the rear cross member instead of to the ends.  It's a mess in the back.
