What's up with the rear louvers? Are they mounted inside or are they a tiny on there? I've never seen those

They are mounted on the inside.

As previously said, a weekend doing a little


Will go a long way.

The louvers will go, the mud flaps will go, swap out the wheels.
The side pipes are kind of funny, I might hang onto those for a little bit longer.
