Good starting point if it can be bought cheap enough.  Engine compartment needs a lot of work.  It's sitting at least 2" too high front and rear.  I think they missed the mark with the wheel backspacing but it's hard to tell with the car sitting so high.  The wheels might look fine once it's dropped.  If it were mine, I'd have to peal back the vinyl top and see why you can see the quarter seam through it.  Who installed the strobe stripes?  They are off by a mile.
