R/T on the hood and T/A on the side! Why would anyone do that?

That was the first thing I noticed. Being a 74, you pretty well have a blank canvas to stripe it as you please,
but don't overdue it. Pick one, and one only.

For me, it's not that bad.  If it was a double hood stripe yeah too much . More stripe real estate is usually confusing.
