Looks like it would be worth checking over for the price.

I checked the MyMopar paint chips and that does not look like a 73 color. Not B1, B3 or B5. I have seen a B1 at local car shows.

Super Blue or Basin Street Blue code is TB3  from what I can tell

Yep, and the fender tag shows TB3.
