Could be a cool reference.  Too bad the pictures suck so bad.

Judging by the paint on the door latch mechanism and retaining screws, it has had some paint work done.

Been totally repainted. front wheel wells repainted. Notice aftermarket silver cad bolt on bumper bracket too. Maybe even the undercarriage repainted long ago.

Looks like poor paint and a bad attempt at a resto. Maybe that's why it was never finished an put on road.

I'd look for panel replacement. That's usually why cars back east in the early 90's and before got poorly painted undercarriages. It's because they were already replacing floors and other stuff underneath. So they would paint them body color.

Motor has been apart before too. Look at the exhaust washer being used on the driver side timing cover bolt.

This smells like a turd.

Doesn't matter the price is a shut down. Its FK5 at $ 115K. Then reduced to $ 108 K. Do you known what $ 115K can buy? this is a $ 65 K car or maybe $ 70K at best, Will someone come a long and pay almost double...yes in todays market. But it wont be a hobbyist

Same T/A, looking at e.g. the fender tag and window sticker.  :brainiac:
The ad provides insight into the history of the car.

Love the $115k rad and rad cap, a pet peeve is painted door latches and screws too. This could be a really nice car but there's a long way to go to make it a $85k car.

Did anyone notice that the last Mecum in Orlando had a ton of cars that did not sell.

Does not bode well.....

Exterior door and quarter widow sweeps are painted. I would have at least removed them prior to painting. Removing them now to replace would show a paint line. Maybe a $60K car if there aren't major body problems.
