Actually is a really nice car, body looks to be in good shape after some metal replacement.

Personally, I would paint it the original plum crazy, add the disc brakes, possibly install the 8 3/4 and enjoy the car
Painted, it should sell at a lesser dollar (45-50K, may be?)
