looks to be in great shape.

I saw a report on Californian's living in their cars.  Seems a lot of them are doing it as they can't find practical places to live. 

I just got an 86 truck that was lived in for a little while.  A lot of the older vehicles have had such things happen to them in their long lives.

That van looks really clean. I had a 77 (bought in 78)... started having rust issues in 79/80
