I think he'll get close to the asking price if it's really completely rust free.  Have rust free projects saves a ton of cost on the restoration.  If I was closer I would check it out and try to get the deal done in person.  But it's a 5 day drive (one way) for me.      Thanks for sharing @FlatlandTA
