Orange, white top and stripe, black V21 and tan interior!
There's a picture in the ad of most of the fender tag.  Unfortunately the interior and body color codes are blocked by an AC hose.

Who thought that would be a good color combo?  So weird, but it actually looks cool.

I remember passing on a Challenger years ago because it had that colour interior.
Not my cup of tea.....

I have to agree I've never found that tan hue interior attractive.  To me it only really works with a FT6 brown exterior color.
There's a '70 hemi cuda convertible that's FY1 with tan interior that seems to show up at auction every couple years.  The interior just turns me off on that car, much as I'd like to own one if I ever win Powerball, I just can't get my head around that one.
The clash of white and black trim on this car seems odd, like what were they thinking, but I've seen a few cars specced like that and it's grown on me some.
The first T/A I ever looked at close in '77 was red, white top, black interior.
The same owner still owns it today, he removed the vinyl top within a year of buying the car and still not returned to original as he just hates it.
I wish he would put a white top back on because it's unusual thus cool, but it's his car so his choice!

:alan2cents: Strange looking car. I believe rallye wheels would help. Fairly loaded RT/SE with a non-base engine and they put a column shift in it?? I don't get it. It's like they tried to order the strangest Challenger they could. I will say that it would draw attention at a car show.

One has to wonder why it was ordered that way.  Did a customer order it? Dealer demo for the showroom?  Sales bank?
Being an LA built car, no Y code is on the fender tag to give some clue.

Different car but same subject "weird combo" I always liked the car known as the
" Strawberry Shortcake" 1970 Challenger As far as I know it's a one of one?  :drooli :drooling: ng:

Speaking of weird combos, isn't there one out there that is yellow with a green interior?

there are plenty of yellow with green interior cars * a popular combination in the '60s-'70s
there is a yellow with red interior 318 Challenger convertible
also a yellow with blue interior b-body (Coronet ??) ..... rumored to be a Michigan alumni
