The ad doesn't smell right to me either, priced 20-30K below what I'd expect for an ask, and only one picture.  Buyer beware!

THose sites are not selling sites, they pick up ads from other sites and ebay listings without the seller's permission and add lots of keywords in hope to get you to their pages and then have you click on an ad, they get a fraction of a cent when you do for the refferal... Commonly known as Clickbait...
Sometimes they get lucky, their listings get discussed on forums and they get more exposure!
