Looking for a set of eyes near St. Louis

Hey all.
I just joined this forum but have been lurking for a couple months.
I found a Challenger that very much interests me but is 13 hours from home.
So I'm trying to find someone to look at it for me. It is in St Charles, MO and is a shell.
The current owner was in the process of putting a 6.1 GenIII Hemi in it, including the Independent Rear Suspension.
I just need someone to check the body for poor or needed repairs and check the front and rear subframes.
Also to make sure the parts he says are there, are there. Along with pictures for me.
I will pay you for your time and expertise.
