If you're at 50K USD, you should have no problem finding a great one privately.

With $50k, you'll be in a top-tier 1972 - 1973 car..

Friendly advice, don't overlook the 74's, same as 72-73, except the 340 will be a 360.

1972 'Cudas didn't have the big bumper guards. They also had a one-year only stripe & the V21 hood blackout treatment option. Plus, the seats are similar to 1971 versions. What else? Early ones had the 1970 - 1971 Rallye Dash and forged cranks. The grille was also painted the body-color with certain paint choices.

You're still near 40K USD with exchange.  I think you'll be successful.

Says barracuda but may be a cuda.  The door badges and beltline trim are there.

Looks great.  Maybe some proper under corrections would be a nice touch.

It won't last too long at that price.
