I was being a bit sarcastic. The RT certainly has value. Not even sure about the others. For a guy wanting that much money, you'd think he'd put a little more effort into his ad. The smart move of course would be to sell them one at a time. Most people can come up with 10-20k but not too many people with 70k are looking for what he's selling.
