72-74 Cuda lower valence insert hardware?

The lower valence insert on my 74 Barracuda is missing its hardware. Is this kit correct for 72-74? I checked the 1972, 73 and 74 parts manuals and there is NOTHING that I can see that covers this.  Thanks

That's a 70-71 kit, but I'm not sure how it would differ from the 72-74

I'm not sure, I've never had a Barracuda before so I have nothing to compare it to. And this is the first time that the factory parts manual has let me down - I'm totally shocked about that.
