A04 Basic Group Question

For a 1970 Challenger, did the A04 Basic Group include power brakes?  I have seen it described both with and without power brakes.  On this site, power brakes are not listed when using the tag decoder.  In my white books, they are listed.

the A04 "Challenger Radio Group" ($167. - $198.) included:

61.55 ** AM radio
90.35 ** power steering
10.60 **variable wipers
15.15 ** LH remote mirror
21.30 ** deluxe wheel covers

$198.95 (most packages were not discounted - they were grouped for ease of ordering)
the price was lowered if an item was redundant -  J25 on an R/T or wheel covers on a 15" rallye wheel car, etc.  &  adjusted up with an upgraded radio on the radio line
