American Family just went up $437 full coverage on $111k
Went up to $437 or they raised your rates $437 over what they were previously?
I recently got my renewals on my daily drivers, a 2014 Dart as my primary and my 2021 Ram 2500 as recreational use.  With all the horror stories I have been hearing about skyrocketing insurance costs, I was pleased that State Farm only raised my rates around $20 each vehicle for the next 6 months!  :thankyou:
My collector car policy comes up for renewal at the beginning of 2024 and my homeowners renews in February so I am worried about what will happen with their premiums. :stop:

I have 16 cars with them  2 claims over the years paid no problem didn't raise the rates . Dealing with them since 2002 they were American hobbyists before American family took them over . Been pleased with the service. Would definitely recommend them. Rickey

Does anyone have any experience with American Collectors Insurance? My Hagerty went up to over $1100 a year, and so i requested a quote from American. They quoted me $480 for identical coverage. Ind of a no-brainer, but I don't have any experience with using any of these insurance companies.

Thanks for the post.  After reading this comment, I went ahead and got a quote from American Collectors.  Hagerty was $1200.00 per year.  American Classic quoted $760.00 exact same coverage.  I canceled my Hagerty policy and signed up with American.  Did not wait for the renewal date.

Brad, sorry I was not real clear on my comment. Last years was $382 it went up but not that much -  $55

I just pulled the trigger and went with American Classic. $435 for the year, versus the $1170 i had quoted from Hag....
