I am looking for reference photos or colors for the HRT5 interior. I know all the tan was not the same colors and looking to re do mine so I want to do it right the second time around --LOL.

My bud has one. We had trouble finding the seat cover from Legendary. I had to send them a sample from an old bucket I had in order to get it right. They sent a gold colored set  first and claimed it to be correct

I got my seat covers from Legendary back in the late 90's and have no problem with them. Mainly I am looking for color difference between Dash Pad and Dash frame--console--door panels. I am sure they all came from different vendors so the colors were probably not matched perfectly.
Here is a shot of my interior before resto. You can see the difference between the dash pad compared to the dash frame. Console seems to match the dash pad. The arm rest pad seems way darker than the door panel. It is tough to tell on the door panels since they are Calif Baked.

IMO the different colors are more to do with different materials VS. different vendors
& with the exception of the seat covers - the colored parts are the same leather VS. vinyl interior

consider a minor different shade/color for:
the soft padded parts - dash pad & arm rests
the painted parts - dash frame & steering column (there is a paint code for this)
soft plastic parts - door panels & seat backs
hard plastic parts - console & gauge surround

check the inside or back-side of parts to get a more accurate color reference

also,  be aware '70 tan parts are a different color compared to '71 tan parts
