I am curious as to where this car ended up as it belonged to a friend of mine. It was an early 70 Challenger R/T, FK5, no vinyl roof, 4 speed, Burnt Orange interior, console, 440 Six Pack, R/T hood, matching #'s engine, transmission and Dana 60. front inner fenders have been replaced, Canada car. I can't remember if the fender tag went missing when the front aprons were cut off or not. I don't want to buy it, just curious where it went.

Sounds like a cool car!  Hope it's still out there somewhere.

Me too: I remember the car almost from new. My friend traded his 68 GTX convt. in on it. One owner had big plans and cut off the inner fenders and welded in a bad roll cage. However that was removed before the car left my area. I'm not sure on the sheet or tag so my fear is the colour may have been changed by now and options added. It was a pretty basic car when new.

I haven't seen or heard of the car before Sheldon. The only one I know of around Western Canada is a Go Mango automatic.

I know of a few. I lost track of this one about 20 years ago I guess. I'm thinking it probably went to the U.S. but you never know.

Sadly that's where most of our super desirable Canadian cars go.
