The water mark on the picture takes you to where it's for sale.

Rev muscle cars, formerly Show your Auto.  Run by Pat Krook who I always thought to had a curious name for a guy in sales.  If my name was Brad Schwindler I think I'd legally change my last name to something benign if I was trying to get into the car selling biz.  :haha:

 I'm sure Mr Krook is a trustworthy guy (that in itself sounds like an oxymoron!) ... but I don't think that could have been said any better Brad!

That is quite the name.  Agree with changing that.
Maybe it' pronounced croak.

I would have a hard time buying from a crook or a swindler.

Does Rev, or show your car have a good or bad reputation.

I don't know much about him beyond that he's been around for quite some time.  He's written articles on the state of the market in Mopar Collectors Guide.
Early on I think he paired up with a guy who I'd heard was pretty shady. That guy went on to get involved with or help start up RK Charlotte, and I don't know if he is still involved with that brokerage or where he ended up.  But whatever the case Pat Krook didn't seem to stay involved with that guy very long.

I think  :looney:
Patrick Krook (Illinois) Show Your Auto / REVMusclecars has been around since the mid-2000s
Joe Carrol (Ohio) was Best of Show late-'90s and sold out/merged with RK Motors (North Carolina) in 2010

is there a connection with Patrick Krook & Joe Carrol?

After decades in the hobby my brain is overloaded with information which I don't "back up" with spreadsheets or folders of notes, but I seem to recall when Krook started Show your Auto, Carrol was his partner. Or maybe Krook briefly was involved with Best of Show? But if either of those is true, it seems they parted ways fairly quickly. However I don't know for sure it's my recollection from a long time ago.
I have seen enough on Carrol in the past to know he's someone I wouldn't want anything to do with.
I still remember when there was a nice looking 71 V code Superbee at the Mecum auction in my area (probably 2011) that sold a little low, and RK was the buyer, and we were talking about it on Moparts.  This was back in the good old days when a subject like that would turn into a multi pages thread there with many knowledgeable members there posting.
People were nitpicking some incorrect details. Then a guy who ran a Superbee registry posted a picture of that car's original fender tag, and it had been a N code then.  :o
Apparently someone, my recollection was it was Carrol, started contacting everyone who'd posted on that thread saying anything negative about the car threatening them with a lawsuit, bragging he'd sued many people and never lost. Anyway that's the story as my overloaded brain recalls it and I thought that pretty scary and slimy.
Without risking the wrath of him trying to sue me, I can post an article about him getting charged for crimes he was alleged to do in Ohio.
