Ok, I have now seen the broadcast sheet and the window sticker. The codes A04 and A34 were written by hand. A04 basic group contains: AM radio and remote mirror - chrome LH. On the broadcast sheet it says G36 (painted mirrors LH RH) and R35 (AM-FM radio). This somehow makes no sense in connection with the A04 code. Therefore, it would be very good if you could show a good quality photo where I can see the A04 code, confirmed. It would also be very interesting for me, this detail. But of course, your hemicuda is a very beautiful vehicle.

Not sure if this is the same car but appears to be?

Intresting back and forth.
This is "supposedly" the most documented hemi cuda out there.

Yep, same car.

Car got torched in a garage fire. Wendell, the owner, barely got out of the garage in time before it went up in flames. The torched car sat for years before Wendell struck a deal with Graveyard Cars to have it restored.

As for it being "the most documented Hemi Cuda" ... I don't know anything about the validity of that statement.
Cheers!
