E Body Forward lamp Harness Puzzle

Have some 1970 Cudas but don't have any Challengers....(yet). Have this headlight harness in my stash of parts that seams to match the wiring diagram for 1971 Challenger or Cuda, except.... it does not have any plugs for the two fender turn signal lights. It does not look molested in this area. I attached a picture.
Did Chrysler offer a different harness for no fender turn signal applications in 1970 or 1971 E bodies?

When I talked to the guy at Evans Wiring, he said there were 2 different. When he makes new harness, he includes the pigtail for the fender lamps. I hope I got that right. It's been a while since we talked.....Joe

You are correct. 2 different most Barracuda's did not have fender top turn signals.
