Check out this EPIC find from my buddy Troy (Mopars5150 on Instagram - if you don't follow him, make sure you do; him and his Mopars5150 team are doing HUGE things in the classic Mopar world)!!

One of the many high end classic Mopar's they found and rescued is this '70 Cuda 340 auto. B5 blue w/ bench seats and V1Q Mod Top Blue   :perfect10:

1 of 17 BS Cuda's in 1970 with the Mod Top option.

It will be soon get a full restoration back to its original combination.

If you were at MCACN 2019, Troy brought his 2 barn finds in the barn finds section; he brought his '68 Charger 426 Hemi 4-speed car & his '69 Charger 426 Hemi 4-speed car.

Yup, that would be a nice one brought back to original, body side moldings and all. :drooling: Hope your friends keep it a bench seat car too, most people wouldn't

Dose anyone reproduce the mod vinyl top?

YYZ

A member here has a 'Cuda V1Q top made from NOS material.

He should buy this car!

I know Legendary is reproducing the Mod Top upholstery.  I just saw an article in Mopar Muscle where they did a Satellite.

The real challenge will be finding the correct V5X body side molding pieces.

I wonder why it was built V5X instead of V5B?  Might have looked a little better.  :alan2cents:

Not trying to Hijack this thread, but back in the mid 70's I had a cousin that bought a 70 barracuda, It must have been a gran coup. It had a headliner that was like a mod top, we thought it was installed by the previous owner. after seeing this reply, it got me thinking maybe it was factory. It had the WX interior. any thoughts on this?
